​Your first session starts with a conversation — your history, symptoms, and what you're hoping to achieve — before any hands-on assessment. Depending on what we're addressing, this may include an internal examination, but only with your full understanding and consent, and only if it's going to be useful. You're always in control of what happens in the room.

Yes, absolutely — bring bub along, pram and all. Many of our clients are juggling a baby at every appointment, and our rooms and team are set up for exactly that. Feed, settle, or bounce them through the session if you need to; it won't disrupt anything.

If your GP has provided you with a Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly known as an EPC referral), you're welcome to use it here. Please note we're not a bulk-billing practice, so you'll pay the full appointment cost on the day, and Medicare will then reimburse you a set rebate amount directly.
