    Olivia Hadfield

    Physiotherapist

    She/Her

As a passionate musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor, Olivia recognised a gap in support for women wanting to stay connected to movement during pregnancy and return confidently postpartum. With a background in short course triathlon, 70.3 Ironman, marathon and half-marathon running, she understands the identity, discipline and joy that movement can hold and the frustration when injury or life transitions can disrupt this rhythm.

Over the past five years, Olivia has focused her practice on Women’s Health, combining musculoskeletal expertise with further training to support women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery and return to sport. Her approach blends hands-on physiotherapy with Pilates-informed rehabilitation and thoughtful strength programming, delivered through holistic, individualised care.

Following her own recent Caesarean birth, Olivia brings a deeply personal understanding of postpartum recovery. She believes women deserve care that is evidence-based, empathetic and empowering — creating space for motherhood and movement to not only coexist, but flourish.

Olivia has completed women’s health training both internationally and within Australia, continually refining her practice to provide contemporary, high-quality care.
