Personalised training, programmed and led by expert Women's Health Physiotherapist Liana McMorrow. Step into a supportive environment that promotes women's health and wellness with our personalised training. These sessions are a wonderful option to optimise your health and stay strong during pregnancy, or regain confidence and strength post birth and beyond. Whether you're focusing on prenatal or postnatal fitness, or just looking to build strength, our evidence-based approach ensures a safe and effective workout. Join us in regaining confidence and strength in a nurturing, women-only space. Liana can guide you through exercise options for abdominal separation, musculoskeletal injury or pelvic health concerns. These sessions may be covered by private health insurance. Bubs and children are welcome to attend but childcare is not available.
