Service Description

Personalised training, programed and led by expert Women's Health Physiotherapist Liana McMorrow. These sessions are a wonderful option to optimise your health and stay strong during pregnancy, or rehabilitate your body post birth and return to strength training safely. Liana can guide you through exercise options for abdominal separation, musculoskeletal injury or pelvic health concerns. These sessions may be covered by private health insurance. Bubs and children are welcome to attend but childcare is not available.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please provide 24 hours notice or a $50 cancelation fee will apply.
