Can I claim with a Private Health fund?

Absolutely.

We have HiCaps to do a direct claim on the spot.

For Telehealth appointments you can claim with your receipt online.

A Doctor's referral is not required unless you are claiming through a Medicare Care Plan.

If you do have a doctor's report or results from relevant investigations please bring them along to your initial appointment.

An internal examination is the best way to assess the pelvic floor and provide a comprehensive assessment.

However, a real time ultrasound assessment is a good non-invasive alternative and is available on clinic appointments.
