The biggest mistake we see women make is running until something hurts, leaks or breaks. This program was designed specifically to avoid injury and preserve pelvic health. Mother Runner provides a graded program, developed by an experienced Women’s Health Physiotherapist. We have combined audio-guided runs with conditioning workouts, to guide you step-by-step to a continuous 30mins. Designed to be convenient and achievable for any level of fitness, this program is what you need in your life.
